Prepare your body to train -  If you build a good foundation now you are more likely to avoid injury throughout your race preparation, as well as during the event itself.  

Develop your skills to be able to complete the race - The Coast to Coast  is a true adventure and good skills will ensure that you enjoy the experience and set yourself up for success. 

Develop a training routine and be consistent so then we can build on this to do more down the track. 
Repeat this phase up until the final 6 months/26 weeks of the event
